  • PlateReady™ HepG2 Plates contains human hepatocellular carcinoma derived cells cryopreserved directly adhered to microplates with the use of CryoLogyx’s patented CryoShield™ formulation. HepG2 cells perform many differentiated hepatic functions, making them the most widely used cell line in drug discovery for drug metabolism and hepatotoxicity testing.

  • PlateReady™ HepG2 Well Plates are provided at three different confluency levels:
    Low: < 30% surface coverage.

    Medium: 40 – 60% cell surface coverage.

    High: > 70% cell surface coverage.
